Saturday Morning Golfing at Uniland Golf & Country Club

Sutha of UniAdvice, Mon's St Gabriel's College friend, drives a 280-yards-T-shot at Uniland Golf & Country Club, Nakorn Pathom. Mon got 60 on his first round and 47 on the second round.What an improvement! We wanted to play 27 holes but the place was so crowd so we quitted after palying 18 holes.

Lunch with Gae Isareit

Mon joins Gae Isareit for lunch at Japanese Restaurant, Huu Yue, Central World Office. Gae is working for Central Pattana (Public) Co., Ltd.

I.D. visit TCDC

ID staff and 2nd year students visit TCDC (Thai Creative & Design Center) at the Emporium.

Mon didn't pay much attention to the exhibition because he was angry with the organizer: U Life Magazine. They picked us at Chulalongkorn at 8.45, arrived at the Emporium at 9.15. The center wasn't opened until 10.30. It's more than an hour wait time doing nothing.

A Japanese rental agency told us that Japanese renters won't rent an apartment without a bathtub. We don't have one so we convert the shower area into a bathtub by putting a 55 Cm. sidewall and lay ceramic mosiacs on every sides. What do you think, Japanese people?

Art wants to put a shelf above the toilet for our future Japanese tennants to store some books and magazines (pornography I guess).

Feb 10 is Pappy's Birthday

Celebrating Ajarn Pappy's birthday at Canton Suki Siam Square. A day before, Pappy's hubby, Nigel, gave lecture at our Department on "Design for Pleasure". One of his slides features pleasure from gathering around and sharing a Sukiyaki pot. He lecture was so good we couldn't wait to have this meal. Ajarn Pim was determined to finish all the vegetables on her side of the table while Pappy focused on variety of meats.
