Morning Golfing at Tavimook Par 3

Kluay and Kay go golfing at Tavimook Par-3 Golf located just across from our Royal Garden Beach condo. The course is short but very hard.

Huahin Night Market

Pom+, Kay, Top and Bee+ roam Huahin night market. The grilled corn-on-the-cob in the background is very tasty.

Lunch at Nong Oam's

This place is McDang certified. Their spicy and homemade cooking style with very good price made them famous. We arrive early to avoid the crowd.

Hor Mok comes in bite-size and on scallop shell. This dish is too spicy for Nong Ray's My Little Pony.

Bee+ and Pom+ give thumbs up to this fried free-range chicken with lemongrass.

McDang reccommeded dish: Spicy Scallop Pad Cha.

Brad Zagnov in Bangkok

Brad Zagnov, Kay's Pepperdine classmate, and his friend, Mike, visit Bangkok for a few days during their Asia trip. They also treat us Thai dinner at Taling Pling, Silom, which is located just a few steps from Fuyuko's house.

Brad's favourite Thai dessert: Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice.

Magnificent Fireworks over Muang Thong Thani Lake

Limlomwongse family invite us to their Muang Thong Thani resident to watch the fireworks celebrating King Bhumipol's 60th anniversary accession to the throne.
Potluck starts early before sunset. Top brings Green Curry soup, Pat baked fruit tart, p'Nid & Poon get Chubby's coconut sherbet, Mon & Kay prepare penne with meat sauce and Suriyon toasts rocket salad and grills the steak.

Limlomwongse family enjoy the fireworks in the background. Mom Pim tries to cool down baby Podduang in dad Mink's arm. Pat sits in the front row and Suriyon gets very sweaty from grilling perfect steak on traditional earthen kiln.

Sor Suki Charoennakorn is back in business!

Ajarn Suriyon and Pat enjoy the Beef Suki at the famous Sor Suki, Charoennakorn. Sor Suki had not been opened for business for 8 months due to their family matters. They've just re-opened the shop yesterday. People crowd the place instantly.
